ORD Airport Terminals
O’Hare International Airport features 4 terminals which consist of 54 gates. Terminal 1
Divided into 2 concourses, named, concourse B and C, Terminal 1 is primarily operated by United Airlines and its partners, like Lufthansa. These two concourses are connected by an underground pedestrian walkway.

Global Entry
ORD has dedicated Global Entry kiosks as the airport participates in the Global Entry program. These kiosks help expedite clearance of passengers arriving in the U.S. from international flights. Once the applicants get approval, they will need to arrange an interview at an enrollment center located in Terminal 5 open from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
TSA Pre Check
ORD also has TSA PreCheck lanes located in every terminal. The approved passengers need to contact the TSA PreCheck Enrollment Center to arrange the interview. This Enrollment Center is located in Terminal 1 in the baggage claim area, opening hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Once approved, the passengers can receive the Known Traveler Number which enables them to use TSA PreCheck lanes at any U.S. airport.
