Passenger Terminals at Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport
Upper Level
The upper level of the main terminal building is decorated with ticketing and check-in counters, different world-famous dining options and cafes, an observation gallery, etc, which does not let the passengers get bored.
