Passengers Terminal of Nashville International Airport

Nashville International Airport consists of just one central terminal which is divided into 5 departure concourses. Among them, 2 concourses are situated at the south end of the terminal and another 2 sit at the north end.

Terminal parking is located within walking distance from the terminal, including 2 covered garages. You may access the Surface parking lot A by foot from the terminal.

Level 1 — International Arrivals and Ground Transportation.

Level 1 of the terminal is used for international arrivals, also after customs clearance you can access the rental car counter from here. The TSA PreCheck enrollment center can be found on this level, just next to the Just Rental Char counters.

Level 2 — Domestic Arrivals

Level 2 has access to Domestic Arrivals, Baggage Claims, Information Counters, and Curbside for passenger pick-up.

Level 3 — Departures

Level 3 which is used for departure also has curbside access for passenger drop-off, which leads you to go airline ticketing desk. There is also a secure area on level 3 and outside you will find a cafe. Outside at this level lies the pet relief area.

Concourse A

Concourse A located at the north end portion of the terminal which is connected with 6 gates numbered A1 to A4, A7, and A8. This Concourse is primarily used by the several airlines such as Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and United. It is the home of few renowned restaurants and branded shops. This Concourse has a lounges named Delta Sky Club located near the entrance to Concourse A.

Concourse B

Consists 10 gates numbered B3, B5, and B6 to B13, concourse B serves two reputed airlines such as Frontier Airlines and JetBlue. It also consist few shops and restaurants along with children’s playing. Most of the shops and restaurants can be found near the entrance.

Concourse C

Situated south end corner of the terminal, it is comparatively largest concourse than others, connected 19 gates numbered C1 to C3 and C12 to C27. Here, you can also find the good selection of shops and restaurants and a lounges named Admirals Club near gate C15.

Concourse D

Concourse D also located at the south end of the terminal and is used only by Southwest Airlines. It is also connected with 6 gates, numbered D1 to D6 and comes with a handful of restaurants and shops, including a Burger King. In this concourse, you can find the Minute Suites and a pet relief area.

Under New Horizon, this concourse is presently being extended from 6 gates to 11.

Global Entry

Global Entry allows passengers to enjoy quick and efficient travel. If you want to be enrolled in this program, you have to submit your application form and then arrange an interview at the Global Entry Enrollment Center, located at Hangar Lane, Suite 114, Nashville, TN 37217, open from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday – Thursday. You can access all portions of the terminal and concourse by foot, as the airport does not have any bus or train services. Concourse C is different as from this concourse you will get a shuttle bus to reach gate number C4 to C11 of the satellite terminal. But international flight rules are different; here you have to go to baggage collection, and then clear customs.
